Be pain free and full of energy. The method of treatment will vary depending on your specific needs. For example, techniques used to massage your muscles are very different from those used to stretch them.


If you’re simply having maintenance to help you stay in tune, that’s great! You might like to consider including your feet, your face and even your head. You’d be surprised how much tension we carry in those areas.


If, on the other hand, you’re experiencing pain and discomfort, you’ve “pulled” a muscle, or have a chronic condition, your treatment will probably involve a combination of remedial techniques, ranging from deep tissue work to resistance stretching, and other peculiar sounding things like “cross fibre mobilisation” , and maybe some Western or Oriental Fire Cupping.  


But firstly, I’ll need to look for the underlying cause of your particular problem, and to help do this, a basic assessment is undertaken. This usually only takes a few minutes, and includes examining things like your range of motion and your general structural make-up. We then go to work and do whatever has to be done to help you.
